Most of us were never taught to listen this way.
We were taught to analyse, categorise, explain, and look for answers. But we were rarely taught how to notice what catches our attention, how to remain with an image or encounter without immediately defining it, or how to recognise when different events may be speaking to the same underlying theme.
This capacity has a name: symbolic literacy. It is the foundational skill beneath every symbolic language, such as tarot, numerology, astrology, runes, and dreams, and beneath the language of everyday life itself.
Without it, we tend to settle for generalised, oversimplified notions, and we take everything at face value.

A note from me
I have been working professionally with Pythagorean numerology since 2002, and teaching it for more than a decade. Over time, my work has expanded to include astrology, mythology, symbolic literacy, contemplative practice, and the many ways that Life speaks to us through the ordinary experiences of our everyday lives.

Q: How will I access the Field Guide and Journal?
Once your purchase is complete, your Field Guide and Journal will be waiting for you in 'MY LIBRARY' in the Soul Weaving online portal. You'll receive an email explaining how to access your library using the same email address you used at checkout. From there, you can download the PDF and save it to your own device. You can read it on screen, print selected pages, or print the entire guide. Once downloaded, your copy is yours to keep permanently.
Q: How long does it take?
There are two parts to the offering. The Field Guide and the Field Journal. The Field Guide contains the teachings that sit beneath the practices, and you can move through those at your own pace. I recommend reading the teachings before you begin the Field Journal, so you have the context for the work you’re about to explore. The Field Journal itself is structured around seven practices, followed by a closing creative practice. Some can be explored quite simply as you move through your day; others invite you to set aside more time and go a little deeper. There’s no schedule to keep. You’re welcome to stay with a single practice for several days, to take a few weeks over the Journal, and to return to the practices for years.
Q: Will I learn numerology through this offering?
Not in any technical sense, no. 'Life is Always Speaking to You' is not a numerology course. One of the Field Journal practices invites you to notice the Numbers that catch your attention in daily life, and to recognise that Number can be one of the symbolic languages through which Life speaks to us. You won’t be learning Number meanings, calculations, chart casting, or interpretation here. Rather, the Field Guide introduces the contemplative and symbolic orientation that underpins my approach to numerology.
Q: I'm new to symbolic work and contemplative practice. Is this a good fit?
Yes. This work is designed as a doorway, and a beginner's mind is genuinely the right starting place. You don't need any prior knowledge of symbolic work or contemplative practice. 'Life is Always Speaking to You' builds the orientation step by step, and the practices are gentle, simple, and grounded — there's no pre-requisite and nothing to 'get right' before you begin.
Q: What if nothing seems to shimmer for me?
That’s completely fine. Becoming familiar with that internal pull can take time, especially when you’re first developing this way of paying attention. The practices are designed to help you train your attention and become more present to what naturally catches it.
Q: Will there be one-on-one time with you?
No. This is a self-paced Field Guide and Journal. It does not include any class time or live sessions with me. You're always welcome to email me with any insights, questions, or feedback, though.
You don’t need to belong to any particular faith. This work does, however, rest within a participatory worldview in which the Cosmos may be understood as intelligent, relational, and ensouled. You are welcome to bring your own faith — or no formal faith — to that exploration
