Welcome to Soul Weaving! Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern your participation in our programmes and use of our resources. Below is a summary of Key Terms, followed by the Full Terms for your reference.

1. Confidentiality and Anonymity
All participants are required to maintain confidentiality under the Chatham House Rule. Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the programme.
2. Intellectual Property
All course materials are the exclusive property of Soul Weaving and are for personal use only. Copying, sharing, or reselling materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Recording of Sessions
Live sessions are recorded for educational purposes and participant review. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are for programme participants only and must not be shared externally.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, is available within 7 days of registration.

After the cooling-off period, no refunds are provided. Transfers to another cohort or course may be allowed under specific circumstances.

No refunds or transfers are granted within 7 days of the course start date.
5. Technology Requirements
Participants must have a stable internet connection and a suitable device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) to access live sessions and materials.

6. Privacy and Data Use
Personal data, including birth details, is used solely for training purposes and is not shared without consent.

7. Amendments and Updates
Soul Weaving reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
​
9. Self-Responsibility
Participation is voluntary, and Soul Weaving is not liable for outcomes based on programme participation.

Full Terms and Conditions

Soul Weaving is excited to welcome you to this training programme! In order to create clarity and for your experience to be most effective, we have some terms and conditions that we agree to together. ​
All programmes, products, materials, events, and services are owned and provided by Juliette Valentina Trading As Soul Weaving (“Soul Weaving,” "we," "us," "our"). The term "Client," “you,” or “your” refers to any client, user, or purchaser of said programme(s), product(s), event(s), or service(s) (the “Offering”). Collectively, Soul Weaving and the user or purchaser will be referred to as “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.” These Terms and Conditions of Use govern and define how you are allowed to use and access Soul Weaving’s Offering. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, and will update them accordingly with the ‘date last updated’ at the top of this page.
You are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions of Use whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions of Use, please email us at admin@soulweaving.com.au and we will make reasonable efforts to remove your name, email, and access to our Offering and website(s).
General Provisions
This website is owned and operated by Juliette Valentina Trading As Soul Weaving.

Use of this website is at Your own risk. We host our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety of your individual use of the website.
The Terms and Conditions contained on this page are subject to change at any time. By continuing to participate in the programme, you agree to any updates to these Terms and Conditions of Use. Significant updates will be communicated to participants via email or within the programme portal.

1. General Conduct
1.1 Confidentiality and Anonymity
Soul Weaving values the trust and openness that is essential for personal growth and meaningful discussions within our programmes. To ensure this, all participant connection points (e.g. webinars, group discussions, community spaces) operate under the Chatham House Rule. The Chatham House Rule originated in 1927 at Chatham House (The Royal Institute of International Affairs) in London, and has become a worldwide standard for creating safe spaces for open dialogue.

Under this Rule:

Participants are free to use the information discussed in these spaces for their personal growth and learning.

However, the identity of individuals and any personal details shared during discussions must not be disclosed, implicitly or explicitly, to anyone outside the programme. You must not disclose specific stories or experiences in a way that could identify the participant who shared them.
By participating in Soul Weaving’s programmes, you agree to respect and uphold the confidentiality and anonymity of all members. Breaches of this confidentiality may result in removal from the programme and/or community spaces at Soul Weaving’s discretion. The rigorous implementation of the Chatham House Rule is crucial to its effectiveness and for Soul Weaving’s reputation as a trusted space for open and free dialogue.

1.2 Behaviour and Accountability for Confidentiality Breaches
Our team works hard to make our programmes safe, welcoming, and nurturing. The safety and confidentiality of the participant container in all participant connection points throughout the programme is of utmost importance. By respecting these guidelines, you are helping us to create a peer community that provides safety for all members, gives everyone the freedom to focus on their own continued growth, and ensures a safe and supportive learning environment.

1.2.1 Disruptive Behaviour
Any reports of disruptive behavior will be investigated promptly. Participants will be given an opportunity to respond before decisions are made about continued participation. Soul Weaving reserves the right to remove any participant that exhibits disruptive behaviour that is detrimental to any individuals from ANY of Soul Weaving’s courses or community spaces.
1.2.2 Breach of Confidentiality
If a breach of confidentiality is reported, we will:

Investigate the matter promptly and fairly.

Address the issue directly with the individuals involved.

Take appropriate action, which may include removal from the programme or community spaces, at our discretion.

1.3 Age Requirement
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
2. Access and Use of Online Resources
2.1 Course Materials Access Period
The materials and resources used in this program are the confidential and exclusive intellectual property of Soul Weaving.
Programme materials, including but not limited to templates, handouts, PDFs, manuals, worksheets, workbooks, videos, audios, curriculum, frameworks, and other content are accessible through the student portal during the training programme.

You will have access to all programme materials through the student portal for the duration of the training programme. The student portal will be deactivated at the conclusion of the training programme. It is your responsibility to download and save any materials you wish to keep to your own device before the training programme ends. Once downloaded, these materials remain available for your personal use indefinitely, subject to the usage terms below.

2.2 Permitted Use

All materials provided are for personal use only.

You may not claim ownership over any of our Intellectual Property without our prior consent.

You may not infringe upon or misuse this Content.

You may not record, copy, modify, reproduce, edit, translate, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from this Content without explicit permission from Soul Weaving.

2.3 Intellectual Property Rights​
All intellectual property, including Soul Weaving's course materials, shall remain the sole property of Soul Weaving. No part of these documents and/or resources can be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, photographic, mechanical, or any other medium), recorded, translated, or used to produce any derivative works without the explicit written permission of the Company,
No license to sell or distribute Soul Weaving's materials is granted or implied. This includes, without limitation, creations, works, transcripts, templates, manuals, worksheets, workbooks, handouts, lessons, frameworks, devices, models, notes, notebooks, reports, documentation, drawings, images, audiovisual works, video files, audio files, podcasts, literary works, blogs, website copy, marketing copy, computer programs, software coding and inventions, apps, work-in-progress, deliverables, and other content; logos, taglines, branding, or other unique source identifiers; or trade dress including the look and feel of the Offering (and its related communications and materials) (collectively referred to as "Content").

You acknowledge that if you violate the terms of this section, Soul Weaving reserves the right to terminate the relationship immediately and permanently remove the Client from all Soul Weaving courses and community spaces; retain any payments that have been made to Soul Weaving or its subsidiaries; and take appropriate legal action to collect any damages your actions cause Soul Weaving.

3. Recording of Sessions and Privacy Protection
By participating in our training programmes, you acknowledge and agree that:​

Live sessions will be recorded for educational purposes, programme delivery, and to allow participants to review the content. Recordings may include video, audio, chat messages, and other session content.

You consent to being recorded via video and/or audio.

All content shared during sessions becomes part of the permanent recording and cannot be edited or removed afterwards.

You are responsible for managing your own privacy during recorded sessions by:

Considering what aspects of your environment are visible on camera

Exercising discretion regarding any sensitive or personal information you choose to share during recorded sessions

Ensuring you do not share anything you wish to keep off-the-record.

To ensure privacy, recordings will only be accessible through our secure student portal to current programme participants.

Recordings are used solely for participant review and programme delivery. They will not be shared externally without explicit participant consent.

You must not share or distribute any recordings, posts, or materials outside of this current programme.

4. Copyright
Client agrees that Soul Weaving shall exclusively own, jointly and severally, all rights, title and interest, including copyright in, and to, the complete set of original Program recordings. Client waives all rights of copyright or ownership in any of the products in which Client’s recorded voice appears, and hereby assigns to Soul Weaving any such right, title, and interest in and to any such products. Soul Weaving shall have the right, for any purpose, to use, adapt, change, delete from or add to such form and content, to combine all or any part of these original recordings with others, and to use the recordings for educational purposes.

5. Legal Disclaimer
By participating in this community, including any courses, retreats, or events offered by Soul Weaving, you agree to release Soul Weaving as well as our staff, officers, independent contractors, practitioners, directors, related entities, trustees, affiliates, successors, trainees, and fellow participants from any and all damages that may result from anything and everything. The Program is only an educational and/or training service being provided. Client understands that numerology is not meant to be a substitute for professional advice or treatment, or psychiatric treatment or therapy. Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable (including health and medical), arising from this training.

We ask you to enter in a spirit of self-responsibility and free will and to only remain for as long as it is truly supportive for your life and your path. Client is responsible for their own well-being and transformational journey.
​
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Use limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
​
You acknowledge that Juliette Valentina Trading As Soul Weaving is not acting as a financial advisor, physician, psychologist, or healthcare professional. The Activities offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any medical, emotional, or psychological condition. No therapeutic claims are made, and no diagnosis or treatment will be provided. None of the Offering or its related material(s) should be construed as medical, legal, or financial advice.​ It is recommended that you seek advice from qualified professionals for legal, medical, financial, or other specialist matters.

5.1 No Guarantees
No guarantees are given. Client accepts that, because of the nature of Soul Weaving’s services and the extent of clients’ participation in Soul Weaving’s classes, exercise(s), and recommendation(s), the results experienced by clients significantly vary. Client accepts responsibility for such variance. Juliette Valentina Trading As Soul Weaving is not responsible for any interpretations or decisions made by Client as a result of the services provided, based on information presented in the programme, as a result of the Offering, or of any consequences of those decisions.

5.2 Website Accuracy and User Responsibility
This website is updated on a regular basis and while we try to make accurate statements in a timely and effective manner, we cannot guarantee that all materials and related media contained herein are entirely accurate, complete, or up to date. You expressly acknowledge and understand that any information or knowledge you gain as a result of using Soul Weaving’s website is used at your own risk. 5.3 Third Party Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that We are not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any other participant or user, including You.

5.4 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Sydney. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in Soul Weaving programmes.

6. Programme and Community Updates
Soul Weaving’s courses and community are dynamic, and we strive to enhance the student and member experience. We reserve the right to adjust programme content, event dates, and membership structure as needed. Just as circumstances may change for you, adjustments may also be required to be made by Soul Weaving, including updates to the curriculum, schedule, or faculty.
While we make every effort to deliver the planned schedule, content, and materials, changes may occur. We will notify you of any significant updates as soon as possible.

7. Information Collection and Use
To provide our services effectively, we collect and maintain certain information, including:

Your birth details so we can cast your numerology chart to support you in the training

Your participation and engagement in programme activities

Technical data necessary for platform access and programme delivery
Soul Weaving stores personal information securely and complies with applicable data protection laws. Sensitive data, such as birth details, is used solely for training purposes and is not shared externally without explicit consent.

We reserve the right to use this information as reasonably necessary in our business and as provided by law. Your information will be shared with reasonably necessary parties for the ordinary course of conducting our business, such as through ActiveCampaign, Facebook ads, or Google Pay Per Click marketing campaigns. This information is used for:

We treat your personal information with the utmost care and will never:

8. Responsibility for Participation and Access
You are responsible for your own participation in the Soul Weaving course and community. Once the programme commences, no refunds or subscription pauses will be granted due to changes in your schedule, your inability to engage with the content, or issues accessing the required technology.

8.1 Technology and Accessibility
Internet or telephone access is required to participate fully in our programme—e.g. to attend webinars and use the student portal. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary equipment and services to engage with the programme.
​
Soul Weaving is not responsible for your internet or telephone charges, nor can we guarantee the quality of your Internet connection at your end. However, we will make every effort to ensure webinars and resources are reasonably accessible from a technology perspective.

You will need:

8.1.1 Internet Requirements

A stable internet connection suitable for video conferencing (sufficient for platforms like Zoom). If you can currently participate in video calls without issues—with family, friends or work colleagues, for example—your connection should be adequate for the programme.

A modern web browser (such as current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
8.1.2 Device Requirements

A computer, tablet, or smartphone with:

Working camera (for video participation)
-
Working microphone and speakers/headphones (for audio participation)

Sufficient screen size to view training materials comfortably

Sufficient storage (e.g. hard drive) to download and store programme materials

8.2 Technical Support

Soul Weaving provides basic guidance for accessing the student portal and joining video calls, including an introductory ‘tech check’ call prior to commencement.

You are responsible for maintaining your own device and internet connection.
-
We strongly recommend testing your setup—e.g. by attending the ‘tech check’—before the programme begins.
-
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with access issues, Soul Weaving cannot guarantee resolution of technical problems.
8.3 Platform Access (our Tech Stack)

We primarily use:

Zoom for live calls

Pinterest to access a curated board for each Number

Slack as our student portal for community and access to materials

Canva for an individual creative project

You will need to have or create accounts on these platforms to access the course materials. Soul Weaving will not be able to provide these materials in other formats.

It is your responsibility to ensure you can access these platforms from your location.
8.4 Account Security
Access to the student portal and any related resources is provided exclusively for your use. Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

8.5 Technology Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to provide you with modern, reliable technology, software, and platforms from which to access our Offering(s) and related material(s). However, in the event of a technological failure, you accept and acknowledge our lack of responsibility for said failure, and while we will make reasonable efforts to support you, some technological issues are far outside our control and will require you to access support from a third-party provider, such as Slack or Zoom.
8.6 Errors and Omissions
We make no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information in our Offering(s). We are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or reliance on personal opinions contained in our Offering(s) or related material(s).

9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
9.1 Refund Policy
We want you to be completely confident in your decision to join our programme. We offer a seven (7) day cooling-off period from your date of registration, during which you may request a full refund less a $50 administrative fee, no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@soulweaving.com.au. After the cooling-off period, no refunds will be provided, and you will remain responsible for the full payment of programme fees, except where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), such as in the case of a significant failure of the service provided.
9.2 Cancellation Policy
While refunds are not available after the cooling-off period, we understand that circumstances can change. Your purchase is transferrable and a credit may be offered. You may transfer your enrolment to the next available cohort, or to another course or event of equivalent value. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability in future cohorts. Only one transfer per registration is permitted. If a credit or transfer is granted, it must be used within 1 year or it will be forfeited.

We understand that unforeseen extreme extenuating circumstances may arise, and in that case, if appropriate, Soul Weaving may decide to release you from your commitment. This would be at Soul Weaving’s sole discretion and would be for extreme situations or hardships.
​
In addition, at Soul Weaving’s sole discretion, it may be decided that Soul Weaving and Client working together is not a good fit and the work together is not productive. Soul Weaving may terminate this commitment with written notice and may choose to refund any fees paid based on a pro-rated basis or waive any future payments.
​
Please note that no refunds or transfers will be granted within seven (7) days of the course commencement date.
​
9.3 Course Cancellation
In the event Soul Weaving must cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances or personal injury, your course fee will automatically be transferred to a future course. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled course, please contact us to discuss options. For cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, please refer to Section 10: Force Majeure.​

10. Force Majeure
Soul Weaving may need to modify, reschedule, or cancel programme delivery in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extended power fluctuations or failures, Internet outages, technical failures, acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, civil disturbances, serious illness of key staff, or government restrictions affecting our ability to deliver services. In such events:

We will promptly notify programme participants of any necessary changes.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible.
-
If programme delivery must be suspended, we will resume as soon as practicable.

If significant programme changes are required, participants will be offered reasonable alternatives or adjustments. No refunds will be provided for temporary disruptions, but Soul Weaving will make every effort to ensure programme completion for all participants.

Soul Weaving is not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting, directly or indirectly, from any event of Force Majeure or other cause beyond our control.
-
In cases where services cannot be resumed within a reasonable period, Soul Weaving may offer participants alternative arrangements or partial refunds at its discretion.

11. Security
It is your responsibility to secure your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these Terms and Conditions of Use.
​
We do not store any whole credit card numbers or payment information, and instead, these are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, or ThriveCart. By utilising these payment processors to gain access to the Offering, you indemnify us and instead assume any and all risk or liability for the security of the payment details, and agree to be bound by the third-party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use.

12. All Rights Reserved
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions of Use or any expressly written here, are reserved by Soul Weaving.

13. Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable under applicable law, that part shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent, or if that is not possible, severed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions contained herein will continue in full force and effect. This ensures that if any single provision is found to be invalid, it won't affect the validity of the rest of our agreement with you.

14. Acceptance of Terms
This is a morally and legally binding agreement. By clicking the checkbox when purchasing the Offering, Client and Soul Weaving agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use as stated on this page By purchasing, you are providing the electronic equivalent of your signature and assert that you have read this and agree to the terms and conditions on this page.

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from the programme and/or revocation of access to Soul Weaving resources, events, and community spaces.
