Rather, they are responsive, relational, and alive. They are shaped by context, timing, and the quality of attention we bring to them.
Life is Always Speaking to You explores a subtle but profound shift: from looking up what a symbol means, to entering into relationship with it — and discovering your own part in the conversation.
Most of us were never taught to listen this way.
We were taught to analyse, categorise, explain, and look for answers. But we were rarely taught how to notice what catches our attention, how to remain with an image or encounter without immediately defining it, or how to recognise when different events may be speaking to the same underlying theme.
This capacity has a name: symbolic literacy. It is the foundational skill beneath every symbolic language, such as tarot, numerology, astrology, runes, and dreams, and beneath the language of everyday life itself.
Without it, we tend to settle for generalised, oversimplified notions, and we take everything at face value.

Life is Always Speaking to You is a reflective, experiential invitation to notice how Life speaks through the ordinary moments of your days: a dream fragment, a recurring Number, a creature at the window, a line of a song, an overheard phrase. It brings together the teachings and seven days of simple, contemplative practice, to help you cultivate your symbolic sight, the foundational capacity at the heart of symbolic literacy.
It is not a numerology course, and it is not a dictionary of what each symbol or angel number means. You won't find fixed correspondences here, or established interpretations to be memorised and applied.

A note from me
I have been working professionally with Pythagorean numerology since 2002, and teaching it for more than a decade. Over time, my work has expanded to include astrology, mythology, symbolic literacy, contemplative practice, and the many ways that Life speaks to us through the ordinary experiences of our everyday lives.
At the heart of all of this is a belief that symbolic languages are not simply tools for interpretation or prediction. They can help us cultivate sovereignty and self-knowledge; deepen our relationship with soul, the Sacred, and the Cosmos; and become more conscious participants in our own lives.
That is what this Field Guide and Journal is really about.
My role is not to tell you what Life is saying to you. It is to help you become more able to notice when something is calling your attention, to remain in relationship with what has appeared, and to trust yourself enough to explore what it may be carrying.

It arrives as a beautifully designed PDF, with a download link sent to you by email as soon as your purchase is complete. You can read it on screen or print it, and keep it on your own device — so it remains yours, regardless of internet access or future platform changes.
Q: How long does it take?
The practices are designed to be explored over seven days, with a little time each morning and some attention through your day. But there's no schedule to keep. You're welcome to stay with a single practice for several days, to take a few weeks over it, and to return to it for years.
Q: Will I learn numerology through this offering?
Not in any technical sense, no — and I want to be honest about that. Life is Always Speaking to You introduces the contemplative orientation that underpins all of my numerology work, and one of its seven practices invites you to notice the Numbers that catch your attention in daily life. It's a doorway into the lineage. Learning numerology proper — how to cast charts, work with all the core calculations, and engage the full Pythagorean system — is the work of my deeper courses, beginning with Foundations of Pythagorean Numerology. Many students find this offering the right place to start, particularly if they want to see whether my approach resonates before committing to longer study.
Q: I'm new to numerology and contemplative practice. Is this a good fit?
Yes. This work is designed as a doorway, and a beginner's mind is genuinely the right starting place. You don't need any prior knowledge of numerology, contemplative practice, or symbolic work. The Field Guide builds the orientation step by step, and the practices are gentle, simple, and grounded — there's nothing to get right before you begin.
Q: Will there be one-on-one time with you?
No. This is a self-paced course. It does not include any class time or live sessions with me. You're always welcome to email me with any insights, questions, or feedback, though.
The simple answer is no. Symbolic literacy as a contemplative practice isn't bound to any particular religion or moral code — though it does rest on a philosophical foundation that points to an underlying intelligence at work in the Cosmos. You can absolutely bring your own faith to this work. A Pagan, Christian, Buddhist, agnostic, or atheist seeker will each meet symbols through the lens of their own worldview, and the practice is enriched rather than constrained by that. The symbolic languages themselves — numerology, astrology, dreams, myth — are larger than any one tradition. I welcome anyone of any faith, or of no faith at all. I am honoured to share this path with you.
Q: Is this work aligned with a specific faith or world view?
Q: I'm LGBTQ+ - Is this a safe space for me?
Yes. Anyone who has felt like an outsider in terms of their free self-expression will find a home in this work. While I am a hetero-ish, cisgender woman who will never claim expertise in the lived experience of the LGBTQ+ community, I have had two trans partners — a trans man and a trans woman.
